Wash that Dog

Review: On Wed. 15th of May, my husband dropped off our two dogs to be groomed. The bischon, who is a rescue dog was in need of a desperate trim and wash. My Golden was not in as bad of shape. After several hours of being at the grooomer [redacted] called to say she needed the vet records. I had [redacted] fax over the Golden's records but the Bischon had a different vet because she was rescue from the local pound. Another hour passed and [redacted] called me again to say that she was unable to groom the bischon because he had something on him that (bumps) and his leg was hurt. I was a little worried because the bichon has been to [redacted] and groomed several times and never any problems. Around 415 the owner called ([redacted]) to state that they could not do the dogs because they found ticks on them and beleive they may have lyme diease even though they had copies from the vet for the Golden and she had been seen only 10 days prior with no issues besides an ear infection. I explained to her why did she not call me sooner so we could have picked th dogs up instead of keeping them all day and only washing them not grooming only washing. I left work and went to pick the dogs up and found that she had charged me 135.00 for washing two dogs and a lare fee that was never intialed and aggreed upon. Once I checked the Bichon I realized the bumps she mention3ed were a skin allergy the bichon has always had and nothing more. My vet has written a note that startes there was nothing wrong with The Golden and The Bichon has always ahd these bumps she was a shelter animal.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my charges. Because for 45.00 a dog that is suppose to include grooming and they did not groom these animals. In fact they allowed them to sit there all day and not take them out which caused an anccident and she charged me for that also. These charges are incorrect and not published anywhere in her establishment.
