Wash Time Car Wash

Do not trust the credit card machine in the self service area, or the manager! I first used what cash I had to wash my car. I was on the rinse cycle when my time expired. I then used my credit card according to the directions they had listed. The wash would not work ( no water to finish rinsing off the soap) . I pressed the stop button multiple times and then went out to the machine to get a receipt printed to make sure no charges went through. The receipt machine said it could not find any transactions on my card. Finally, I gave up and had to go through the 'full" service wash to get the rest of the soap residue off (paid for the cheapest full service). When I got home, I checked my bank account and was charged for 2 transactions in the self service pay for a total of $13. When I called and explained to the manager ([redacted]) he would only offer me a free car wash. I told him I wanted my money back since I did not receive services plus had to pay for a full service (I would like the full amount of $18 back, but would accept the 13), he was not willing to help and continued to tell me I didn't press the red stop button. When I asked for the owner's name, he refused to give it to me.
