My name is [redacted] ***, I have owned the Wash Tub laundromat since June 27th I have never been in this situation We always treat our customers with respect The incident with [redacted] and Miss [redacted] is very upsetting to me [redacted] had been in a car accident the day before, I am not sure if she was not her self or what, but that is why her friend Jason was with her to help her because she didn't want to miss any work I have always instructed my employees to call me or to resolve any problems with customers The fact that I had know way of calling them or refunding their $was troublesome to me [redacted] has been instructed to call me if any problem occursSo I am not sure why this even took place I apoligize for the way that it was handled and would be more than happy to refund their moneyThank You [redacted]
