Wash & Wag Pet Grooming

Review: I took my dog in to get groomed. I picked him up and his haircut looked cute. I paid, asked if I could leave a tip, owner said yes, so I did. About an hour later when I was home with my dog I noticed he had bloody eyes under his eyelids. I called the groomer to see if something happened and she insisted no, nothing happened. With much talk she finally admitted that my dog jumped or fell from the grooming table while still teathered around the neck. Not just once, which could be and accident, but a few times, (her own words) which in my eyes is just neglect. This caused trauma and the capillaries in both his eyes burst. I took him to the vet and luckily it was just broken capillaries, it could have been much worse, possibly death! She did pay my vet bill because she admitted this happened while he was in her care. I also asked for a refund for the grooming, he came home with fleas. She now decided to ignore me. It's not a money issue, although she accepted a tip even after she knew she hurt my dog and would have never told me if I hadn't seen his broken capillaries in his eyes. I want her to change the way she grooms I would hate to hear that another dog died while in her care! I would also like a refund since my dog was injured while in her care!Desired Settlement: I would like her to change the way she grooms animals so this doesn't happen to another animal or something worse. I also want a full refund.
