often not responded to at all.There is absolutely nothing in the signed service agreement that even mentions exporting and importing customer data. To say the service fee included exportation of data, or to say that Washify promised they would be able to transfer all of [redacted]'s customer data is grossly inaccurate. No promises were ever made and it was made clear multiple times to [redacted] that we needed their customer information in a specific format in order to import it into our system. Washify also provided [redacted] with templates to be filled out clearly indicating the format in which we need their customer data. [redacted] has yet to provide the requested information in the required format.If [redacted] could have or can provide the customer data in the specified format Washify can import it for them.
