Dear Sir/Madam:In regards to Stacy Meminger (complaint # [redacted] ) [redacted] lawn mower.The mower is made by [redacted] and warrantied by [redacted] .We are an authorized seller/repair facility of [redacted] products.We do not as a reseller of the product offer the warranty the manufacture covers that.We were following the guide lines of the warranty for the product.Since the consumer has filed a complaint with the State of Ohiowe have had further discussions with [redacted] and they have given us the okto refund the consumer his purchase price.Please advise how you want us to proceed from here
