file insurance claims for our patients, reimbursements go directly to patients, and patients pay here at the time of service.In your case, we did not succeed in communicating that message. In light of that misunderstanding, we are happy to send you the $211 you state your insurance did not cover for your treatment with us.In addition, please note that we are including a copy of your signed "Patient Agreement” page of the online health history form on our website. Under the heading of "Insurance,” the form states:"We are a fee-for-service dental practice dedicated to providing comfortable, personalized care at the highest level in an immaculate environment.Though our doctors are not part of any insurance plans, we are happy to help our patients get the benefits they deserve.What we do. We take care of all paperwork for your insurance.
