Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: 1. Prior to accepting the device [redacted] 637 LSO back brace, I was not presented with the detailed order, The only thing I was told was to sign by my finger on a small electronic device to confirm
That I received the back brace and that I was fitted with the brace. I was not told anything about Deposit, or Return Policy or Warranty. Only when I was in the office telling Deanna that the brace is defective don't fit me and it fall's down All the time.
She tried fitted that again and again and it fall down within 3-4 min in front of her. Then she said that there is no return or exchange once you walk out the office the first time you took it. I was totally surprise and couldn't believe what she said that. I also don't think this Ridicules
over /over price charge is acceptable by [redacted] ([redacted]) I would let [redacted] know about this Ridicules charge of $1890.06 by this office , Pay by [redacted] $1260 instate of $139. If it acceptable by [redacted]. I don't want any thing but justice for people
who are already hurting and need help for there back pain with this lower back brace belt . I already bought a new lower back brace by my own money.Sincerely.
Keep Smiling & God Bless[redacted]
