Revdex.com spoke with the owner of the business who stated that they do not do the inscriptions, but have the work subcontracted elsewhereShe stated that the reason for the delay is that the subcontractor requires them to have inscriptions to do before they come out to do themShe also stated she had
spoken with the customer already and informed her that if she had someone else come out to do the work, then if the customer sends an invoice, she will reimburse her for having that service done elsewhere

Review: My Mother passed away in November 2014. Her headstone was paid for in 2008 and still has not been inscribed. [redacted]'s excuse last year was that it was too cold. We have gone through a winter, spring and summer and [redacted] continues to tell me lies about why it is still not done. She never returns phone calls and has her staff lie to me about her whereabouts. I am fed up of visiting my mother's gravesite with a blank headstone. Once [redacted] gets your money, either her services are shabby or not delivered at all.

She also stated she had spoken with the customer already and informed her that if she had someone else come out to do the work, then if the customer sends an invoice, she will reimburse her for having that service done elsewhere.
