With all of that said, I am sorry that Ms. [redacted] was not satisfied with her experience. To clarify, the Subaru Forester Ms. [redacted] purchased was a new vehicle, never previously sold or registered, and did have 87 miles on it. It is not unusual for new vehicles to have mileage 011 them due to test drives. We did a full exchange 011 the Subaru toward a new Crosstrek which subsequently Ms. [redacted] asked us to take back as well, because she was unhappy with the price she paid. In the spirit of customer satisfaction, we did take the Crosstrek back and cancelled the deal and the financing involved with it.
