Payment of $785 was made on July 7th 2015 and management made 1 accomodation for tenant and accept this payment although it was $5.27 short and it was known that this balance would be carried over and needed to be paid with August. August charges were $650 for rent and $37.23 for water, sewer, and trash. Payment of $690.27 was made leaving a another balance of $2.50. As of the 6th of August due to the one time conveinance accomodation made last month management charged a $100 late fee on unpaid balance. Resident recieved letter hand delivered by courtesy officer on 8/7/2015 in regards to partial payments and balance. Phone calls were also made to resident in regards to outstanding balance. No message has been received on the office telephone with any concerns although Ms. [redacted] states she has tried numerous times to reach us. Again, a message was never left. Management will waive late fee if the $2.50 is paid by months end. Going forward no partial payments will be acceptted from resident and a $100 late fee will be charged on any unpiad balance as of the 6th of every month as policy states. Not once since I have been here have either of these tenants made an on time rental payment. Not once since I have been here...
have either of them mentioned anything about roaches in their apartments or any other maintenance issue. If they had, and I had known about it, it would have been tended to in short order. Currently, [redacted], her boyfriend-or I guess ex-boyfriend, and their co-signer owe more than 2100. in over due rent. I gave them numerous chances to make their payment to avoid further late fees and eviction. I could not wait any longer and finally had to file on them. Their court date was Monday 8/22 and neither of them went or requested more time from the magistrate. If the boyfriend was lying to [redacted] and telling her that he had been making payments, when in fact he was not, that is a problem between them. As a grown woman who signed the lease-take some responsibility for your actions and for those of your boyfriend if he is the person entrusted by you and your co-signer to be handling the rent payments. Currently, in front of their building where their apartment is located, there is a large recliner sitting on the grass. They just left it there yesterday when they were moving there belongings out. They also left a mattress leaning up against a dumpster. They will be charged for having done this. Rather than be someone who complains about everything other people are or are not doing, take some accountability for yourself. Best of luck to you and your family. Oh by the way, when [redacted] electric shut your power off a few weeks ago due to non payment, we decided to have it turned back on for you in our name because of your baby. You will be charged for that too.
