Was given a written agreement to have money refunded exactly 30 days after case was completed to be refunded in tge amount of $2500 back to me. Casec was completed on 8/7/2019. I called when case was completed and advised oh completion. Was told 30 days from money will be refunded. Received a call from business yesterday stating I will not be receiving money on refunded until Friday the 13th of September . Then was verbally assaulted numerous times from Daniel and Sabrina. Who work for the business. All I enquired about was the processing of the refund and was told " I MUST BE HAVING FINANCIAL PROBLEMS" because I'm asking about something that's in writing and a LEGAL BINDING CONTRACT. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL

In her complaint she stated that as of August 7, 2019 the case was concluded. According to her contract 30 business days after the conclusion of the case she's to receive her collateral of $2500. (not counting weekends) She was refunded the next business day September 9,2019 (see attached). *** and her boyfriend were being very unreasonable and very disrespectful to my coworker (Sabrina)and I. She also went as far as calling my coworker a ***!!!! As you see attached she received her refund within 30 business days.
