Review: On May 14, 2913, **. [redacted] of Washington Hospital center ordered an Optical Coherence Test for my medical condition after diagnoised me with Optic Neurtis. She stated several times during the exam that she did not believe the test would benefit me because vision in one eye was compromised, I do not believe she should have ordered the test until it would have proved beneficial. I wrote the president of WHC with no response. I have been in touch with billing with no return calls. The bill is now in collections of $650.00Desired Settlement: I am requesting that the co-pay be removed from my account since this was an error in judgment for the doctor

[redacted]’s Revdex.com complaint.Our Central Business Office (CBO) spoke with the patient on September 6, 2013 and explained that the balance of $630.37 is the co-insurance her insurance applied for the services. CBO also explained that the service was for the MRIs and she was not charged for the OCT. CBO mailed her an itemized bill.
