Review: I went into the store bought a bottle of nutrients the bottle was marked 17.99 and another bottle of at 12.99 and when ichecked my checking I seen they had charged me 61.59 about a 32.00 difference I called the store they told me to come in . I went talked to the person at front counter he said there was a mistake but he had to wait for manager to cal before he could do anything, I said I was going to my car and get my phone so I could take a picture of the display becuase it didn't like everything was on the up and up because when I came in he said he already talked to the manager they was just waiting for me to come in. I came in with my phone and he the store clerk has started taking down all of the display not only the one I was in there for but other one to he hid everything behind counter .so I ask for a full refund he said he couldn't do that I paid cash so I didn't understand the products wasn't open. I said get a manager on the phone or something usually a business either gives the customer the product for the marked priced or a discount for the inconvience of their mistake, at that point the clerk exploded and yelled what do you want me to give it to you I am not going to give you nothing all you black people are the same bottom feeders get out . he still had the bottle I purschased behind the counter we startr to argue and I tell him to give me the bottle back he refuses b and said he is calling the police I said please do i'll wait outside he never called the police but gave my bottle back I left the store then went back to ask him for his badge id# so I know who am speaking with at that time one manager called in and said she wasn't authorize to tell him give me the money back I would have to wait I told the clerk I just wanted id # he said just get the [redacted] out my store [redacted] and take it with some who cares this happen on saturday March 14, 2015Desired Settlement: I would like and apology and a the difference in price given to me they clearly misrepresented the price at 17.99 but charged me 49.99 something iss wrong here then to take that kind ethic abuse is totally unacceptedable and this is only my first complant I will be filing a complaint about their conduct with the naacp but the return of of the difference in amount and apology would be nice

Revdex.com,The "heavy 16 " product line is new to the store. The proper MSRP of $49.99 was entered into the POS system correctly, but the actual bottle was marked at $17.99 I was contacted when the customer had already left the store. My salesman [redacted] (not a manager as stated in the complaint) said that he offered a refund, but could not sell him the product that was miss marked. The customer refused the offer stating he wanted the product at the lower price and began raising his voice while threatening to notify the Revdex.com. I have no idea the validity of the customers claims, but highly doubt most of them. The salesman has been terminated for reasons OTHER than this incident. He had never shown any signs of racial/ethnic bias and was more than polite to my customers. Since [redacted] is no longer in my employ I would be more than happy to offer my sincerest apologies to this gentleman and refund the entire $49.99 and allow him to keep the product. [redacted]
