We are unable to find any record that this guitar was ever dropped here at all. The date listed for the purchase date, presumably the date that you believe you dropped this guitar off, was 11/1/15 which is a Sunday. Chuck Levin's Washington Music Center is...

closed on Sundays and was closed on 11/1/15.  No claim check number, brand name, model number or serial number of your instrument has been provided to us in your communications regarding this transaction, nor are they listed in this complaint. It is our belief that this instrument was never brought here. 
If you could please provide the claim check number you received at the time of the repair drop off, we would be happy to investigate further. All repair customers are required to fill out a repair tag and receive a claim check to retrieve their instrument upon completion of service.
