I am rejecting this response because: The business did not provide all facts in their response. In fact, their response was very general. I did not receive the approval document until May 10th after paying the total on February 15th. That is s huge lapse in time. I returned my approval two days later after receiving the approval on May 10th. This is the first time I received notice that the marker will not be ready until August 3rd. I have not received any communication from the cemetary and certainly had no idea I was ordering a special marker. There is obviously a huge gap in timing of when my order will be completed from the time of final payment made. This needs to be addressed.
