I wish there was minus rating, which is what this company deserved. They came on June 18th, 2019 and paved my driveway for $2,500.00. After they finished the job left trash all over on my yard, they took hose from the garage left on the side walk, took cold water bottles from the garage refrigerator and left empty bottles on the yard.
I called the owner, send him the pictures of the mess his crew left behind, on the top of that there are few dips and a bump on the driveway promised few times to come never showed up.
We work very hard to deserve positive rating and that stands at all times. There was no trash left in the customers yard, we did not take water bottles out of the customers garage, they were given and one bottle was left on the grass. We immediately apologized for the water bottle left and came back to try to fix whatever could be fixed but there was no faults to find. We responded to the customer every time they reached out. He demanded we thanked him for giving the workers water and cleaning up our mess of empty water bottles.
Washington Pavements did an excellent job on our very large driveway. Arrived on time as committed and completed on schedule. They also offer a long term warranty on their work which was the selling point from my standpoint. When investing so much in a drive it is nice to know that they will stand behind their work. Their response to quote and ability to work with me on a couple of drainage issues put them way ahead of the other companies.
Fair price quoted and job well done in timely manner.
