I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
[Your Answer Here] None of the issues from the complaint have been addressed- Why did the pharmacist say that my Medicare prescription plan had expired and ask me for my social security number to find out what my new plan was when my plan hasn't changed? Why did he feel the need to have a conversation with me at all if the pharmacy technician had already told me that my refills were due when I phoned the pharmacy to tell them about the missing pills? Why did this pharmacist behave so erratic and accusatory when he didn't have to interact with me at all since my refills were due? Why did he tell me to hide my pills from my roommate when he doesn't know anything about my personal life because I don't have a roommate? I already stated that it had to be a mistake from the manufacture, so this response is just validating what I'd already known from the beginningThe treatment I received was unprofessional at best, and racist at worst- I don't associate with criminals, I'm not a criminal, and you can't speak to customers in that way when they've been your customer for such a long time and have never complained about any customer service issues beforeThis is a lame response to not accept blameThe surveillance cameras at this facility can prove that the pharmacist had an interaction with me which he didn't have to have because the pharmacy tech already told me that refills were due, and said surveillance cameras can also prove that he asked for my social security numbers because I wrote it down on a piece of paper that he handed to the clerkThis response is unacceptable
