I have roughly $3000 deposited into a business checking here every month for 7 months. They do not offer overdraft protection unless you have direct deposit. I have direct deposit in my business checking, but dont qualify because it does not get dd into my personal checking. Well I forgot about two charges for a measly $25.00 and a measly $29.99 in each account to have them return both and still charge a fee like they paid it. I've changed my direct deposits today and will not be setting foot in this place again after I close the accounts next Monday morning.

This doesn't seem like a complaint but a request for a statement copy. As it doesn't have a name or address, we can not identify this former customer. He/she can simply contact the bank at *** or use our online form at *** to request a paper copy of the
statement

This bank needs to be reported with the *** and all other banking institutions and the Attorney General in Mass, for its unethical business practices and lack of customer services in over years and over Million in deposits they want to hold statements hostage for research fees claiming reasons for it there is no Month roll back then research fee as my other account goes back years they are being untruthful and need to be held accountable for itRevdex.com:

So I was a loyal customer with this bank for many years. They gave me a second chance after I had some bank issues with other banks. However, I recently ran into an issue where I was trying to order something online and the company I was ordering from told me there seems to be an issue on the bank's side. So I called the bank and explained that I ordered something three times and that it keeps getting cancelled. The lady wasn't listening to me and said your debit is pending. I said I understand that but this is the third time its been cancelled and that the company said it was the banks issue. The lady at the bank said its still pending sir. I said that is not why I am calling I am trying to see if there is an issue. Then she said is the purchase an international order, I said no it's in Kentucky. She was like your not gonna get charged again until it goes through or not. I was still trying to explain but she was not trying to listen to what I was saying talking over me. So I used another bank and the purchase went through and shipped out the next day. All I was trying to see if there was an issue and she just keep telling me your debit is still pending even after I said it got cancelled which is way I called in the first place. But I guess I was important to to listen to as she kept talking over me and she was the banks manager too. So I closed my account once my usual monthly deposits went to new bank.

So sorry this interaction occurred and we did not meet your expectations.

Mr. [redacted] has one personal active account with the bank that is rarely used with an average balance of $10. Mr. [redacted] had a business account with the bank that was closed in August of 2014 after being in overdraft over 30 days with a loss to the bank of $291.55. Efforts to collect this...

overdraft were ignored by Mr. [redacted]. Mr. [redacted]'s communications with the bank over the years have included belittling of staff, yelling, and profanity laced in a tyrannically rage tone to the point that many staff members refuse to speak with him. The latest phone incident occurring on April 27, 2015 with two female staff members that felt threatened.Mr. [redacted] elected to receive estatements on his accounts through online enrollment. As part of the enrollment process, Mr. [redacted] consented to the electronic delivery of estatements. The agreement clearly states "By entering into this Agreement, you understand that the Bank will cease providing you with printed statements in the mail, and that all future account statements will be maintained on a website that you may access to obtain, review, print and otherwise copy/download your periodic statements." The estatement system keeps an 18 month rolling history of all statements delivered and it is Mr. [redacted]'s responsibility to print and otherwise copy/ download his statements if he wished to retain them beyond this point. Mr. [redacted] could have switched back to paper statements at any time by notifying the bank, as detailed in the estatement agreement.Mr. [redacted] contacted the bank in early April of 2015 requesting statements and images from the closed business account from January 2013 to the closure in August 2014. Upon research, it was discovered the account was closed with a $291.55 overdraft balance. The bank estimated the research time to produce the statements to be four (4) hours of staff time. It was explained to Mr. [redacted], the overdraft would need to be paid, plus $100 for the fours of research ($25 hourly research fee in the bank's fee schedule), for a total of $391.55. Mr. [redacted] declined to pay the fees, so the research was not produced.Despite Mr. [redacted]'s refusal, the bank was able to restore the estatements on his closed business account back to September of 2013 (18 months). The bank sent an email to Mr. [redacted] on 4/14 explaining that IT was working on his estatements and that he may receive an email about access being altered. On 4/24 Mr. [redacted] contacted the bank because of no online access. The bank reset his password per his request. On Sunday 4/26 Mr. [redacted] sent an email to the bank that he locked himself out of his security questions. The bank reset his security questions at his request.Through customer support, Mr. [redacted] was eventually walked through how to access his estatements for his closed business account, back to September of 2013 (18 months). Mr. [redacted] requested his account statements from January 2013 through August 2013. Since this period is outside of the 18 month estatement retention, the bank repeated that this was a research level project that would require staff time. The bank would need the previous overdraft and the now estimated $50 in research fees to be paid in advance. Mr. [redacted] obviously feels he shouldn’t have to pay his overdraft and research fees, so he filed a Revdex.com complaint. To date, Mr. [redacted] has not been charged or paid any account research time that was spent to restore his closed account estatements. At this point, after several negative encounters with Mr. [redacted], the bank informed him his account relationship would be terminated with the bank in accordance with the deposit account agreement. The bank informed Mr. [redacted] his remaining personal account would closed after one week and he should print and otherwise copy/ download any of his estatements available online. The bank also exercised its right of set-off, per the deposit account agreement, for the approximately $60 in funds in his personal account towards his $291.55 business account overdraft. The bank requested all further communication to come from Mr. [redacted]’s attorney.
