Washington State Driving School Reviews (3)

May 10, Revdex.com: Ms [redacted] enrolled her daughter to our driving school for the class that started June 21, thru July 21, from 10:00am to 12:00noon Tuesday, Wednesday and ThursdayThe daughter showed her attitude thru out the weeks I always ignored those and just kept instructing of what to do I don’t call my students any names or use any words that is not appropriate Her daughter doesn’t want to be instructed in the car she won’t listen It is a 5week program: hours in the classroom & hours of driving The daughter will sign up for drives and sometimes she will cancel them or she won’t show up for it If a student won’t show up for a drive, then it will fall into the No Show policy student will pay the $feeThe daughter had No Shows in the beginning of the 5weeks I let them go because I didn’t think she will come back, I haven’t heard from them since August The 12weeks was over on September 3, There was no communication till the end of the year, the mother called me around the beginning of 2017, wanted to know what’s going on with her daughter’s class, she needs to complete her last drives I asked her if she could come in we need to talk because the 12weeks is over for her daughter’s program and they came She wanted to know if there’s any way we could help because she could not afford to restart and pay the $ the conversation went really nice she was a sweet lady, then we asked for her to pay $for the drive, she paid the $and I took her daughter out on a drive that same day they came NOTHING HAPPENED attitudes still the sameBut it didn’t seem like she practiced at home The daughter looked very upset that day but she didn’t cry, if she did, may be after the drive I remembered asking the mother why it took so long to complete her daughter’s drives and she said they were busy moving, they moved to Seattle The conversation went well and they scheduled a drive for March 4, The daughter didn’t show and never heard from them until April 7, it was an email asking for a refund or a certificate for her daughter to complete driver’s education if I don’t do it she will write to Revdex.com, DOL, State Board emails are still coming in We always make time for the students when they need it The only time that won’t happened if they won’t let me know, the daughter never stayed behind after the class to talk to us about any drives If parents live too far to come to sign up some drives, we made exceptions, we’ll scheduled drives over the phone and have their sons/daughters to initial them when they come to the class I attached a copy of our school policy that they both signed Our Student Policies were approved by the Department Of Licensing (DOL) Underneath their signatures: “And by signing: They both agree to Abide by all Student Policies and realize that any violation are ground for dismissal”

I am rejecting this response because:I did not come to see them at the times he said I never had a conversation with them like they are saying they had ignored all of my emails they haven't tried to fix this they did make her cry and if you look at Yelp there's nothing but a bunch of complaints about these people they hadn't offered a resolution at all the drives were $not $the class was $not $this person has me confused with someone else they don't even know who I am
Sincerely,

May 10, 2017   Revdex.com:             Ms. [redacted] enrolled her daughter to our driving school for the class that started June 21, 2016 thru July 21, 2016 from 10:00am to 12:00noon Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. The...

daughter showed her attitude thru out the 5 weeks I always ignored those and just kept instructing of what to do.  I don’t call my students any names or use any words that is not appropriate.  Her daughter doesn’t want to be instructed in the car she won’t listen.             It is a 5week program:  30 hours in the classroom & 6 hours of driving The daughter will sign up for drives and sometimes she will cancel them or she won’t show up for it.  If a student won’t show up for a drive, then it will fall into the No Show policy…student will pay the $35.00 fee. The daughter had 2 No Shows in the beginning of the 5weeks I let them go because I didn’t think she will come back, I haven’t heard from them since August.  The 12weeks was over on September 3, 2016 There was no communication till the end of the year, the mother called me around the beginning of 2017, wanted to know what’s going on with her daughter’s class, she needs to complete her last 3 drives.  I asked her if she could come in we need to talk because the 12weeks is over for her daughter’s program and they came.  She wanted to know if there’s any way we could help because she could not afford to restart and pay the $250.00.  the conversation went really nice she was a sweet lady, then we asked for her to pay $50.00 for the drive, she paid the $50.00 and I took her daughter out on a drive that same day they came NOTHING HAPPENED attitudes still the same. But it didn’t seem like she practiced at home.  The daughter looked very upset that day but she didn’t cry, if she did, may be after the drive.               I remembered asking the mother why it took so long to complete her daughter’s drives and she said they were busy moving, they moved to Seattle.  The conversation went well and they scheduled a drive for March 4, 2017.  The daughter didn’t show and never heard from them until April 7, 2017 it was an email… asking for a refund or a certificate for her daughter to complete driver’s education if I don’t do it she will write to Revdex.com, DOL, State Board emails are still coming in.             We always make time for the students when they need it.  The only time that won’t happened if they won’t let me know, the daughter never stayed behind after the class to talk to us about any drives.             If parents live too far to come to sign up some drives, we made exceptions, we’ll scheduled drives over the phone and have their sons/daughters to initial them when they come to the class.  I attached a copy of our school policy that they both signed.  Our Student Policies were approved by the Department Of Licensing (DOL) Underneath their signatures:  “And by signing:  They both agree to Abide by all Student Policies and realize that any violation are ground for dismissal”
