Washington Suites Alexandria

Review: I booked a stay at Washington Suites Alexandria for 27-29 July 2014. Upon checking into the hotel I had to immediately check out due to uncleanliness and health issues. The hotel was nothing like it was advertised online. It was filthy and in disrepair. There was hair and various splatters in the bathroom on the walls. Numerous stains on the floors in the bedroom and living room (some looked like blood). Roaches in the kitchen and sticky stuff all over the couch. Even the patio was covered in various fluids. The hotel had dogs in the hallways and room and caused an immediate allergic reaction in my son who had to be given medicine and removed from the hotel. Upon checking out I was notified that there were no other rooms available and to receive a refund I would have to contact [redacted]. I have been in contact with [redacted] and they are unable to get in touch with the hotel to process the refund. I have called the hotel numerous times and have had no success in speaking with the manager.Desired Settlement: Full refund of purchase price
