The company sent a truck and two men to apply lime to my yard on Monday morning the 9th of March 2020. I was home the entire time they were at my house. No one came to the door to speak with me. They stayed in the truck the entire time and
never put lime on my yard. I did see the passenger using a cell phone/I-pad. After about 30 to 45 minutes I saw the
driver return to the truck after a visit to my front door. He had stuck an advertising sign in my yard and hung a billing invoice
on my door handle. The bill was for $75.86 including sales tax. I went outside and looked over my lawn. There was no evidence of any lime anywhere and the morning dew on the grass from an earlier frost was untouched by anyone except
my walking about lookin for evidence of an application of lime. Then company was notified by phone and we have received
no response from them.
Spoke to *** Today 3/31. We had also called him on 3/11. I discussed the service with mr. he never saw us arrive but did notice us parked out front. We were out front for so long because of technical issues with our service device that processes customer invoices. Either way, Mr still believes we were never there and there is nothing to persuade him other wise. We will be removing the price. I also offered a more organized communication program for him and his property to alleviate these issues, but he was not interested.
Our position is that service was completed properly.

*** The lawn service stands by their belief that the service was provided and I stand by my belief that the lawn service vehicle was here but no one treated my lawn. Today, 31 Mar 2020, the lawn service said I would not be billed for the service
and I said that I did not want any more work from them. I believe this matter is as resolved as it is going to get. The lawn service man I spoke to today was polite and courteous. I thank the Revdex.com for your assistance in this matter.
