To whom it may concern,I am replying in response to a complaint filed against our company, ID# ***, which was filed by *** ***.I originally did an estimate for a sick Alaskan Cedar on 5-27- Upon a visual inspection of the tree, it appeared to have a root disease, due to
the symptoms at the time When I began to discuss treatment options and results, I made it very clear to Mr*** at that time, we do not guarantee the results of the treatments Without being able to see the damage done to the root system, I have know way of knowing how severe the damage may be, this is why we don’t guarantee the results.At that time, I explained to Mr*** the cost of the treatments and it was his call, whether he wanted to try treating the tree or not My recommendation was a root treatment now, one in the fall and one the following spring Mr*** ordered the spring application which was done on 5-31-14.I then came back by on 9-27-per Mr***’s request to check the tree There was no improvement at that time, but it didn’t appear to be any worse, than it was in the spring I advised him if there was going to be visible results, it wouldn’t be seen, until the new growth comes out the following summer.Mr*** ordered another root treatment on 3-31-15, which was done on 4-23- When the growing season started the tree declined and didn’t make it Mr*** at this point decided he did not want to pay for the service done on 4-23- I was given a note at this time, that the tree died and he did not want to pay the bill I left a message for Mr*** that we don’t guarantee the results and he would need to pay the service done.A few weeks later I was given another note, that Mr*** had called, he wanted to only pay half of the bill or he would call the Revdex.com I again called and left a message for him that on my initial visit, I made it clear before we discussed treatment options, that we do not guarantee the results of the treatments and he would need pay for the service that was done on 4-23- I did not hear back from Mr***, but we did receive the full payment the following week, with a letter written displaying his displeasure in the service and that he would be contacting the Revdex.com Sincerely,Norm G***ManagerWashington Tree and Lawn Care

I received an email from Mrs*** yesterday? afternoon at 1:PM? and I responded to it yesterday late afternoon at 6:PMI? apologized that we? had not cancel her service with usI told her in the email that her account had been cancelled and to disregard the billI did
not put in the email, but we will not contact her in the future

I received an email from Mrs. [redacted] yesterday afternoon at 1:06 PM and I responded to it yesterday late afternoon at 6:09 PM. I apologized that we had not cancel her service with us. I told her in the email that her account had been cancelled and to disregard the bill. I did...
