Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: It is very clear that Sean C [redacted] and Washington Youth Sports did not provide the service they advertised and did not issue a refund when the company could no longer provide the service they advertised It is stealing money from others, and children at that In the case of [redacted] , I filed a Revdex.com complaint against [redacted] as well (case number [redacted] ) A few days later, I received a phone call from the Executive Office at [redacted] The person I spoke with apologized and advised me that the dispute against Sean C [redacted] and Washington Youth Sports was decided incorrectly and should have been decided in my favor as Washington Youth Sports has no terms and conditions or anything signed stating anything about deadlines or refunds except a blurb on their website which is far from legally bindingShe gave me a courtesy credit matching the exact amount I paid to Washington Youth Sports ($180.25) This is all information that can be verified I am continuing this claim not because the refund is important to me, but because I think Sean C [redacted] and Washington Youth Sports acted without integrity and honesty in business It is wrong to steal from anyone, let alone kids ethically, but also legally We know our legal rights in this matter and we have a legitimate case I don't want what happened to us to happen to anyone else, so I do not see this issue as resolved in any way and I will pursue all avenues I have available to me It is very clear that Sean C [redacted] and Washington Youth Sports advertised that our team could play in Lynnwood, WA The tournament was moved miles from this location and no refund was given I tried many times to get in touch with Sean C [redacted] and Washington Youth Sports prior to the "deadline" and after the "deadline" It was only after this arbitrary "deadline" had passed that I received any response It is very clear that Sean C [redacted] and Washington Youth Sports only wanted to keep the money that was paid to them for a certain advertised service when they knew very well that they could not fulfill that service Sincerely, [redacted] ***

The customer entered an event, after the deadline he decided to withdrawOn almost every page of my website, we have clearly posted no refunds after the deadline

I have already responded to Mr *** several times I also responded to the *** dispute Mr *** filed, and that has already been settled in my favor I can't get him to understand that we have clearly posted policies that we follow He fell outside those policies I consider this matter closed

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:As stated in the original complaint, I tried contacting Sean C[redacted]...

and Washington Youth Sports two days prior to the arbitrary deadline that they claim.  I asked where we would be playing as we had chosen Lynnwood as our playing location.   I did not receive a response until after the arbitrary deadline had passed. In this response, I was told the playing location would be moved 40 plus miles from Lynnwood.  We then advised Washington Youth Sports we could not play due to location.  Regardless of any deadline, the tournament was moved 40 plus miles from it's original location making it impossible for us to play. Seattle Youth Sports advertised that teams could pick their playing location and then did not allow us to do so.  That is flat out false advertising and I am sure a court of law would agree.  Keeping money and not providing the advertised service is illegal.  I would like our money returned to us as Washington Youth Sports does not have the right to keep money they did not provide a service for.  Stealing from anyone, let alone children, is wrong and Washington Youth Sports needs to be held accountable.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
