I ordered a bidet from this company and only received part of my order and it was defective. I tried to contact the company via phone but no one answers the phone. I sent e-mails which they took days to reply and had to send the product back for a refund and they said it would take up to 5 business days and today is day 9. They won't respond to e-mails or answer the phone. It has been a nightmare dealing with this company.
The customer returned the device and was advised that the refund is delayed due to payment processor issue on our end. We provided him option to refund the payment thru *** and was granted successfully. Attached is the email thread of the conversation history with Mr.
