Washman Car Wash

Washman denied the claim because of damage from a previous incidentTheres a trace of white paint caused by an impact from another vehicle because of that impact the bumper separated from the vehicle which caused the blue cloth to become wedged in the bumperWashman offered to repair the vehicle
because we try to accommodate our customers and their needsWe are still willing to have Dimitri repair the bumper but we are unwilling to have the bumper replaced or pay for someone to repair it for something that was not caused by our wash facility

After reviewing the information that you have provided we have concluded that although the RFID tag had in fact been used from March 18th through May 1stWe cannot prove that you were the person using the tag nor can you prove that you were not using the tagWe will be

I don't believe the "White paint", which isn't white paint, that you are referring to is sufficient enough to simply deny the claim. Dimitri spent less than 5 min looking at the damage at 7am and immediately determined his course as soon as he looked at the bumper. After speaking to an attorney, I was advised to get insurance information of Washman and was denied that as well. When speaking to Dimitri, after denying the claim I mention I would have to take another course of action he then replied "OK, See you in court". I think that this sort of behavior is unacceptable and only furthers my case.
