Wassup Board Sports

My wife and I were allured by the SUP river floats down the Sacramento River on the Wassup website, and decided to give it whirl.

While I have been down the Sac many times in a drift boat, I had never done so SUP'ing which am really starting to enjoy anywhere I can. My wife had never paddle-boarded before and was a little nervous.

Within a short time with Phil's guidance on calm waters above the float, she was ready to go and excited.

We had such a wonderful experience being guided by Phil down the river! We watched fish swim by, beautiful rock structure underwater, and osprey diving.

The whole trip from start to finish was orchestrated with confidence and a love for the water to make our SUP experience very memorable by "Capt'n Phil, as my wife and call him now!

Thanks Phil for treating Colleen and I to such a great time.
