This "company" is an unethical racket. Apart from their poor service, they trap you in a 5 year contract that auto renews for another 5 - UNLESS you send them a certified email of cancellation within a very narrow window. Good luck with that. Then they escalate their fees 17.5% annually. It is unbelievable that this is legal. SAVE YOURSELF and stay away.
