cyclone city inc is contracted by *** when mgmt calls cyclone city to tow your vehicle it is because they have seen you leave the premises without taking your vehicle The lot is private property and signs are posted by law, cyclone city is only doing their job .

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I was aware of that and informed management due to my medical emergency that I needed to leave the car there and they told me they would inform the tow company should somebody come byI personally called the # listed on the board to inform the tow company as well and there was no answer, by that time I had already arrived back to my vehicle to see it was missing
