Waste Management of Ohio, Inc.

After spending 45 minutes on the phone with someone who took that long to find my account & was given no help I called back. I spoke to a VERY Polite lady named Ebony....she instantly found my account, located the problem, sent message to supervisor & dispatch.....said she would call me back & within 10 minutes had the problem solved and had scheduled pick up for later today. Even if the trash is not picked up I need to say "Ebony went out of her way to accommodate" I'd want this lady on my team! Congratulations WM!
