I am a new customer (5/26/16)I have yet to have my trash picked upI have made numerous calls to the office and to the owner, Curtis F*,and have only call returnedI keep getting the run around that our trash will be picked up today!! A week later and still no service!!!! I have even called the office in Denver, Senika, and no return call or serviceCurtis said, the one time I've talked to him, that he's never had this issue before, but has done nothing to correct it or made any attempt to check back with meTerrible customer service!!!!!!!!

There was obviously some misunderstanding about the services that customer signed up for.  This is our first ever complaint with the Revdex.com and feel badly that the customer did not receive the service in a prompt manner.  We have sent the customer a full refund.  we received this notice...

today 7/31/2015 and took care of it promptly. Thank you!
