We called the customer on 08/and informed them that the dumpster could be delivered on 08/ They told us that would be acceptable We delivered on 08/per their request Today we learned that the customer issued a charge back on their credit card even though they have
received the service At this point we have provided the services they have requested and not been paid

We received an order from this customer but realized that we could not serve their particular address due to local franchise regulations giving exclusive rights to one of our competitors.  The customer was notified via email and his credit card was never charged.

Please cancel this complaint.  The matter was resolved.  They delivered late but it was delivered.Thanks
