The customer made us aware that our container was vandalized with graffitiThe graffiti was not done by any employee of Waste Tech, nor does Waste Tech know what the image was or when the indecent occurred The owner of Waste Tech took this into consideration and informed the customer that we did not know this had happened or when the incidence occurredThe paint on the container did not affect the performance, service or price of the rental of the containerThe owner and the customer made an arrangement after many conversations to remedy the problem by painting over the image *see attached photosAfter the problem was resolved, our office received many calls of distaste from the customer now demanding a refund was due for the inconvenienceMoreover he demanded that we refund the purchase price for the rental after the problem was resolved by both partiesA demanding text message was sent to office phone for a refund if not a claim would be made to the Revdex.comThis lead us to mitigate the customers concerns and a partial refund was given after the customer singed a Liability/hold harmless defamation document Our team of dedicated customer service agents, in our opinion did everything necessary to make sure the customers concerns were metIn conclusion we feel that we did everything the customer asked of us in a timely manner and with notice of our intentsThis is proved by the pictures and documents attached to this complaint showing our effects

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #***, however I disagree with many of the owner's commentsAlthough the graffiti did not affect the performance of the dumpster, it was left visible in my driveway in a neighborhood with small children around to view it I stand by my assertion that the dumpster should not have been delivered that wayThe owner has also been increasingly hostile towards myself and my wife, arguing with me over what the graffiti was, and leaving us nasty messages in response to our complaint with the Revdex.comWe have accepted our partial refund and will no longer be doing business with Waste Tech.
