I have used Waste Tech two times while remodeling my home. Each time they provided what they said they would provide. It was nice to be able to order online, type the location that I wanted the dumpster placed, and have it placed perfectly by Waste Tech on the day they indicated it would be dropped. Plus, I did not have to worry about calling or emailing to have it picked up. The option I chose was for 7 days, and they came to my house on the 7th day to pick it up! If I need another dumpster in the future I will be using Waste Tech.

Review: rented a dumpster on 10/21/2014 for 7 days and company came on 10/28/2014 at noon to pick up the dumpster. My understanding was that the rental incl. the 10/28/2014. After calling the office at the time the driver was waiting to pick up the dumpster and talking to the woman who picked up the phone I was told that they picking it up today. I was trying to explain myself but I only encountered hostility . At this point I did asked for the owner or manager and I was told nobody is avaibl. and I did ask to please have them call me back. Approx. 10min later a person with the name [redacted] called and from there are on I was insulted and being told that I screwing people and that I must have screwed over other companies and was hanged up on.

This service is absolutely unheard of!Desired Settlement: Just want them to pick up the dumpster and do not charge me for the pick up.

Complaint Information: The customer ordered a dumpster through our website. The rental included 1 week, and is automatically removed after the 1 week. She selected 10/21/14 as her desired delivery date. We confirmed via email the delivery date of 10/21/14 and removal on 10/28/14. The dumpster was delivered at 6:26am on 10/21/14. The customer signed the delivery ticket, which stated the removal date of 10/28/14. On 10/28/14, the driver arrived at 1pm to remove the container. There was a car blocking the dumpster. We called the customer, she claimed she thought we were coming the following day. She was the person who signed the delivery ticket stating removal on the 28th, which she received a copy of at the time of delivery. She then claimed we did not give her a full week with the container, which we did. Then she turned the conversation into we were mistreating her and our customer service was poor. Then the conversation turned into we were mistreating her because she was a woman. It went on and on, and she grew frustrated that her attempts to get out of paying for our wasted trip were not going to work. We had to end the call, as the conversation was obviously going nowhere. She placed the order on our site, agreed to our terms, and we performed the service according to those terms. We did nothing wrong in this case, yet the customer wants us to absorb the cost of the wasted trip to her property. When presented with facts, she then tried to manipulate the situation by claiming we were providing poor service and mistreating her.

I am rejecting this response because: The description of the conversation by the company is inaccurate. The

person working at this company , [redacted], was so rude and used insulting and

slandering language towards me in this conversation, which is absolutely

unheard of in a service oriented business.

Review: A $75 late fee was charge by the business for late removal when they decided to show up early and proceeded to leave with out removing the dumpster. We were home, spoke with the driver who clearly stated in front of witnesses that there will be no fee associated with him returning tomorrow because he felt unsafe driving down the road which has not been plowed by the city to pick up the dumbster. We offered to have it plowed in the next 5 minutes but he preferred to get home right away. The offers were made for assistance it the timely removal but the business declined and stated that there will be no fee after which a fee was charged.

Attempts were made to reconcile the bill over the phone with the business which proceeded to threaten us and hung up the phone on several occasions.Desired Settlement: Refund the 75$ fee which was wrongfully charge by the merchant after a verbal agreement was made that there would be no fee.

We used the online dumpster rental and it was a very positive experience. They delivered on time and pickup scheduling was easy. I would recommend them.

Great on time service and courteous driver. Office person I contacted was very helpful.

Great service, awesome pricing, and very helpful during my home remodeling, will definatley be using waste tech in the near future
