Wataboard

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The wataboard is still under warranty and the manufacturer refuses to fix the swivel part as they say they don't make that part the parts that went wrong they made me pay for new upgraded parts I can send you a copy of the receipt when we bought less than years ago and a manufacturer refuses to replace or refund our money for his wataboard Not to mention all the damage that is done to the bottom of the jet ski as we can send you pictures of that as wellHe told us he would stop emailing me and I guess he thought I would stop emailing him or pursuing to get the product replaced or refunded Regards, [redacted] ***

Customer purchased over $worth of accessories and upgrades and filed a dispute with his credit cardWe offered to give him a refund when he returns the itemsInstead he chose to commit? fraud by not returning? the merchandise and keeping the refundHe is lucky that we chose not to file a criminal complaint against? him.?

Customer purchased over $800 worth of accessories and upgrades and filed a dispute with his credit card. We offered to give him a refund when he returns the items. Instead he chose to commit  fraud by not returning the merchandise and keeping the refund. He is lucky that we chose not to file a criminal complaint against him.
