May 31, Dear [redacted] ***,We have been in business for a long time and we have always offered free watch sizing to any customer who purchases their watch from usWe do, however, get quite a few customers who purchase watches from other sources and try to get their watch sized by our store for freeThis is against our policyWe make it clear to all customers who wish to bring a watch, purchased from our store, back for sizing that they MUST bring in a receipt or other proof of purchase or we will need to charge them for the serviceThis customer did not provide any proof of purchase and was therefore refused free service.Thanks you for your assistance,M.RM [redacted]

the employee never asked for my receiptShe looked right at me and said " I am not doing anything for you"There was no mention of a receiptAnd I had the receipt in my hand along with the watchAt this point, I would like to return the watch and get my money backI do not like how I was treated going into the store located in ***,nj.

Dear [redacted],In reference to complaint ID # [redacted], the employee who was present and refused service was simply following established store policy. The customer did NOT provide proof of purchase and therefore was denied free service. If said customer would like, we would be glad to make a one-time exception to this rule for her. She can come in person to our address listed above and we will size the watch for her.Thank you for your assistance,M.R. M[redacted]
