Review: I had purchased a watch in February 2014 and they offered free lifetime sizing. However, when I went back to the store on 5/12/2014 they told me they will not size it for me at all.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to size my boyfriends watch and apologize for being disrespectful and ignorant to me.

May 31, 2014Dear [redacted],We have been in business for a long time and we have always offered free watch sizing to any customer who purchases their watch from us. We do, however, get quite a few customers who purchase watches from other sources and try to get their watch sized by our store for free. This is against our policy. We make it clear to all customers who wish to bring a watch, purchased from our store, back for sizing that they MUST bring in a receipt or other proof of purchase or we will need to charge them for the service. This customer did not provide any proof of purchase and was therefore refused free service.Thanks you for your assistance,M.R. M[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: The company never asked me for a receipt. They knew I had purchased the watch from their store when I was employed by them. I bought it for my boyfriend the week before valentines day. February 7th,2014. They are refusing me service because I had quit working for the company due to a lot of problems.

The customer did NOT provide proof of purchase and therefore was denied free service. If said customer would like, we would be glad to make a one-time exception to this rule for her. I am rejecting this response because:

the employee never asked for my receipt. She looked right at me and said " I am not doing anything for you". There was no mention of a receipt. And I had the receipt in my hand along with the watch. At this point, I would like to return the watch and get my money back. I do not like how I was treated going into the store located in [redacted],nj.
