deposit and began the processwe repaired above mentioned vehicle roughly costing for completionWe obtained the financing requested by the customer then called the customer for deliveryDuring such conversation the customer stated he no longer wished to purchase the ***, stating he had more interest in a *** *** on my lotNow very frustrated I began the process againwe agreed on the purchase price along with the terms of getting the *** ready for the safety inspectioni collected an additional deposit of & the process began againI asked the customer point blank if he was sure he did want this vehicle and also explained, "I only have three to four weeks to either sell or return the cars to the auction for resaleIt is not a policy to Fix a Vehicle unless it is sold: because if does not sell in that time frame it gets returned & sold once again at the auctionThe floor plan of financing I use to purchase these vehicles is then repaidNow after spending roughly the *** was ready for deliveryThe customer now stated he wanted his mechanic to view the *** for approvalMy mechanic accompanied *** to the above mentioned mechanicThe meeting went well with the mechanic agreeing the *** was a nice vehicle which had been repaired to a high standardupon returning to Route Auto Sales *** now stated he would be in contact the following dayWe received a phone call from *** the following day as he promisedWe found out once again he had changed his mind and didn't wish to make the purchaseI again informed him of the policy of not fixing vehicles unless they were sold and reiterated he was going to to loose the in deposits he had givenI also stated I am not in business to hurt customers so he would have a credit with Route Auto Sales if he decided he would purchase a vehicle in the futureI was informed he would make a complaint
