Emails to this address are answered daily by our customer service team For your reference, here is a link to our FAQ [redacted] We do apologize for the shipping delay and have issued you a store credit for the entire purchase price of your order, $ We had issues with our original shipper and have contracted with a new shipperOur new shipper has been doing a great job and we are no longer having shipping delays! I am rejecting this response because:They stated that I would be issued a store credit via email in which I have not received yet It had to take for me to file a complaint in order to get a response and for them to finally send the product I ordered I feel like I am being lied to and misled in order to get the heat off of this company

Hello *** *** ***, We received the above mentioned Revdex.com customer complaint. We have issued a refund for your order as well as a store credit in the amount of $45, which was the purchase price of your watch. At the time of your order, we were experiencing shipping
issues. We currently have contracted with a new shipper and have resolved our shipping delay issues. We apologize for your experience, as the prolonged shipping time was inexcusable. We do value you as a customer and hope that you will use your store credit and give Watchoutfitters another try!
