Bought a defective watch. Gave $60 toward new one. Tried one, didn't like it. Returned it. Wouldn't give my $$ back!

I bought a Misfit watch and it died after 2 months and I went to exchange it and they said not making it anymore. So, they said would give me a $60 gift card (the cost of the Misfit watch) to go to WATCH STATION and get a new watch! Well, the cheapest watch was $139! So, more than double my watch price...but I thought I would try it. They said they had a 90 day return policy if I didn't like it. I got the new watch and it was too heavy so I returned it. They refunded me all but my initial $60 and when I called them they said sorry...you spend it or you lose it! I thought that was INCREDIBLY scummy and unprofessional!!!!

Desired Outcome

I just want my initial $60 back on the watch that they couldn't make right!

Trying to place on order on watch station and they cancel my orders with no intimation and keep my money on hold.
I have placed an order on 9th june and on 10th June for 9 watches. I was waiting for them to be delivered to me as they are graduation gifts to my family. I have reached out to them on several occasions(almost 6-7 time) trying to check regarding the order about what is going with its current status and also did verify all my information and gave them all the necessary information required for the order to go through. 10 days passed by and no response from them and then I call them again only to hear that the orders where cancelled. There was absolutely no intimation regarding the order cancellation not does the website shows that the orders are cancelled. even today they still show as in-process. I speak to the agents for hours and hours on the phone trying to figure out what went wrong and all that they could say is that the information with the bank dint match. Its an absolute waste of my time and a pure lie from there side as I checked with my bank as well as authorized any transactions from watch station. In the mean while I have almost called them close to 20 times till date and most of the time the calls used to get disconnected and at the beginning of the call itself I used to ask them to give me a call back if by any chance the call gets disconnected. No body even bothers to call the customer nor they are interested in any business with the customer. After all of this hazzle they ask me to place an another order and they said they would offer the same promotion which was going at the time of me placing the first order but in the form of a refund. The third order gets cancelled and eventually the fourth order. I requested them to get a supervisor in touch me so that I can talk to them directly and get the issue resolved but till date not even a single supervisor called me or emailed me regarding the issue. I requested them to please let the order go through and also asked them to tell me what can I do for the orders to be processed and all that I hear is " please place an another order and it should go through this time". In all of this process the I spent close to 20 hours on phone call with the customer care which is an huge amount of time to waste on placing one order, the watches present in the initial order are out of stock now, the promotion is no longer valid and the amount for which the orders are placed are on hold now. A few of the reps whom I spoke to have spoke in good manner but no one was able to provide me with a resolution and when the call line says we will hold your place in line and will call you back they are supposed to call the customer who is waiting for an answer from them, instead they don't bother to call the customer. They said that a manger is going to call me from past 3 days and I have told this is 4 different occasions but not even once did some try to reach me. I have been a watch station customer from almost 3 years and got more like 15 watches from them till date. Atleast with the business that I given them they should have had the courtesy to call a loyal customer who is trying to get his products. This is a very very bad way of doing business and handling customers.

Desired Outcome

I need an immediate contact from Watch station and i would like them to give to send me the watches for free as they have caused so much agony and have spoiled the graduation event surprise for my family.

These people are hard to get a hold of and orders do not go through online
Did a order online for separate occasions none went through called store man help said that he would do my order for me call back they had the wrong information still do not get no help that was June 22 2020 call back the next day the 23rd and the order was still not right and still would not go through please do not order from these people they ask for your credit card like four or five times during the whole ordeal just plain bad business.

To get my merchandise I ordered and they could not get right

Because they can't get their information right I bought the same watch on Amazon from them and had no problem with my card they keep saying it has something to do with my bank but I used my card and bought the same watch so it has something to do with their website and their people is not putting information in right when you call them and I asked him to look up the call log and listen to the conversation because he keeps giving me the first card number and I changed cards and used a different card and he can't seem to understand that thank you have a nice day

On February 27th 2020 I attempted twice to purchase a(n) Misfit Vapor smart watch (watch station item# *** each time I encountered issues.
On February 27th 2020 I attempted twice to purchase a(n) Misfit Vapor smart watch (watch station item# *** each time I encountered multiple issues.
The website absolutely would not function with ad-block enabled, my ad-block detected 20 plus trackers and or ads on the website.
I disabled all of my add-ons once I determined that I could not even add an item to my cart with a single add-on enabled. Every other website including amazon functions fine on my computer, this issue is specifically limited to Watch Station and their website.

The next issue I had was when I attempted to place my order for the previously mentioned item (watch station item# *** I proceeded to check out added my coupon code and then added my gift card on the next step, I entered my debit card information and they placed a hold on my account but for some reason could not continue to process the order and they did not automatically refund to my gift card that I used, that part was extremely annoying. In the day of modern eCommerce systems I should not have to call customer service to get them to refund the balance to a gift card when the error is on their end.

The final issue and the one that made me really decide that WatchStation really should not get any business from me is this, I tried to order one last time the same item (watchstation item# *** and it kept saying my gift card could not be used but it sure did take the full balance from the card. I had to call customer (dis)service for the second time in the same day to get them to refund the balance to my gift-card. This is extremely frustrating for me, I just wanted to order a replacement for my broken misfit device.

On my final call to WatchStation customer (dis)service they also informed me that the watch I attempted to order was acuatlly out of stock even no where on the website mentions this and I even made it all the way to checkout with no mention of this. WatchStation and their website is absolutely dreadful and honestly if I didn't have a $40 gift card with them I would just go somewhere else to get the watch.

I've attached a screenshot that clearly shows no mention of the item being out of stock.

Desired Outcome

I really just want the watch without having to deal with the horrible watch station website this is beyond frustrating for me. I shouldn't have to deal this level of stress for a $80 smart watch.

Watch Station resolved the issue by providing the watch I attempted to order multiple for no charge.

someone used my name and address and my bank card for purchase watch. I lost my card someone used that.
my bank investigate about this transaction and closed dispute because the person who used my card make that watch deliver in Harrisburg pa. I didn't purchase that product. that person use my current billing address and my name/card. Harrisburg pa is near by my house. I attached the documents. there are cardholder name and email/phone. that person used my name but different email and phone. I don't know whose emial and phone is that. I don't know who lives on that address where that purchase deliverd. As my bank said that when the purchase was order it was near by address so they closed this dispute and ask me to file a complaint at Revdex.com. please help me I didn't purchase this someone used my IP address, name and my lost bank card.

I am requesting to send me my money $210.89. please inquired that where that watch was delivered who lived there how that person used that. some people are so intelligent how to use all find info and use it. need a help

Refusing to honor warranty and supply me with a defect-free watch that is comparable.
My watch started malfunctioning within the year I purchased it. After much back and forth, Watch Station agreed to let me send it in for repair. The watch was "fixed" and sent back. Only it wasn't fixed and one of the problems remained. They wanted me to send the watch back again to which I refused - they had their shot already. I requested a replacement watch under the terms of the warranty. My watch is black on black with a black silicone band - none of the replacement watches look ANYTHING like my watch. They claim my watch has been discontinued but I see it for sale on other sites. Now they say they will mail me a gift card if I send them my watch first; not going to happen. I'm not going to be left without a watch again. They can send me the gift card so I can buy a new watch with it and only AFTER the will I send them my old watch.

Desired Outcome

An exact replacement for my watch or $250 cash.check.

They already had the original item - I am not going without a watch AGAIN solely because of their negligence the first time. They are reaching out to me via direct email with the same "solution" I already rejected because it's not appropriate; they don't have a watch comparable to mine do swapping mine out for another doesn't work because they don't have one that looks anything like mine, and I'm not going without a watch for weeks. They also need to NOT email me directly as I've told them multiple times to contact me through the Revdex.com portal.

I was sent the wrong items and told replacements would be sent
On 11/27/17 I place an order for 3 watches. On 12/1/17 a package arrived that contained on 2 watches instead of 3 and they were not even watches I ordered. My order was for 3 adidas brisbane watches. I received a dkny and fossil watch. I immediately contacted customer service. I sat on hold for 45mins before a rep answered. When I spoke with the rep I explained the situation. He then told me he doesnt understand how I was sent the wrong watches and this has never happened before. He then put me on hold for another 5 mins while he investigated. When he came back he stated there was nothing showing the wrong watches were sent and that what he can do was send out the original watches I ordered as a replacement. I informed him when I looked online the watches were showing out of stock. He then put me on hold again to check availability. After another 5 minutes he came back and stated the watches were still available and will be sent out in 1-2 business days. I requested an order number as was told one would be emailed to me along with a tracking number. On 12/5/17 I contacted customer service again because I never received an email with an order number. I had to sit on hold for 55mins this time before a rep answered the call. I explained the situation again and stated I just wanted a order number for the replacement order. Once again I was put on hold for another 10 mins. When the rep returned he asked me did I send the wrong watches back yet, I told him no because he previous rep told me to send them back when I received the replacements. Then when I was told there will be no replacements sent because the watches I originally ordered were out of stock like I told the Rep on my previous call. He than says well you can keep the watches you have or just send them back. I then asked what about the watches I ordered, he said there is nothing that can be done about that and maybe I can find other watches. At this point I am angry all this could have been avoided the first time I called and the rep take the time to really check the availability. This company has the worse customer service from the long hold times to the reps not being knowledgeable of the the correct inventory or not taking the time to actually make sure the customers needs are met.
