Watch Technicians

Thank you for bringing this to my attention I have contacted the customer and we are currently working on fixing his watch , It was a simple misunderstanding, assuming customer will contact you after watch is repairedThanks again

I BROUGHT IN AN INVICTA WATCH TO HAVE THE HANDS REPLACEDTHEY DID THE JOB amp THEN FOR THE NEXT FEW WEEKS THE WATCH WAS LOSING A LOT OF TIMEi BROUGHT IT BACK amp THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD FIX IT THE HANDS THAT THEY PUT IN WERE RUBBING ON THE FACEWHEN I PICKED IT UP THE CROWN WAS VERY LOOSE amp BROKEN amp IT WOULD NOT DIAL IN THE DATETHEY SAID THAT IT WAS A BAD PART THE CROWN amp THAT THEY WERE NOT RESPONSIBLETHE WATCH WORKED FINE FOR YEARS WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS amp ALL OF A SUDDEN THEY WORK ON IT DIFFERENT TIMES amp IT IS NOW BROKEN amp THEY WERE THE ONLY COMPANY THAT OPENED UP THE WATCH AFTER I PURCHASED ITi BELIEVE THAT THEY BROKE IT amp THAT THEY DO NOT WANT TO ADMIT IT SO THEY ARE BLAMING IT ON THE PART

I have already heard from the owner of the repair company He asked me to bring the watch back & he said that he will personally make sure that my watch will be properly repairedThank you for your help in this matter & if for any reason the watch is not properly repaired, I will let
