Watch This

Review: on sunday 11/**/2013 we went to "watch this" inside broadway mall in [redacted] with a Black special OPS titanium watch to have the crystal replaced. the watch was in perfect working condition. it was purchased from american watch co in 2007 for a total price of $635.

the [redacted], aknowledges and is fully aware of the fact that the watch was in perfect working condition.

after replacing the crystal, we were present during the process, I noticed and told the store clerk that the watch seems not to be working anymore. at which point he declared that the watch needs to recharge for 40 minutes.

we returned after 40 minutes to see that the watch was again taken apart.

we were told to leave the watch there for a week to be repaired.

again, we reiterated that the watch was in perfect working condition.

we filed a complaint with the Customer Service at the [redacted]

we now have to send the watch back to the original manufacturer to be repaired. we completely refused his offer to repair the watch after he obviously damaged it.

this is unacceptable business practice and we expect a full refund of the costs of the repair
