I ordered a watch band for 264$ and I was told it would take 2-weeksMonths later they still hadn't received itSo I called them and asked for a refund due to the fact that it was taking too longThe owner then miraculously says "It just arrived!" as we were on the phoneI felt that was extremely suspicious so I asked for a refund regardless and he told me he can't give me a refundI didn't make a big deal about it and told him that was fineAfter picking up the watch band I realized it felt and looked very different from the one on my wrist that it was meant to replaceIt was lighter in weight, missing multiple markings, shaped differently, shined differently and moved differentlyIt also came with nothing to certify authenticityWhen I asked for some type of receipt or authenticity proof the owner told me that he "threw it away" and has nothing to give meI repeated my request to return it for a refund due to the fact that it was so different from the one on my wristH

watch bracelet from us. It was made known that special orders have a no refund policy. His receipt clearly states that there are no refunds. The bracelet did take longer to arrive, as it was on back order from the original company. The customer provided us with all the information needed to order his bracelet. Upon receiving the bracelet, every number matched the numbers on his watch. The customer then proceeded to say the bracelet was a fake and wanted his money back. It clearly isn't a fake, all numbers match the numbers on his watch. It came directly from the watch manufacturer of his timepiece. The packaging clearly shows that the bracelet came from the watch manufacturer and has all the matching numbers. The customer also states that we threw away any receipt that claimed the bracelet’s authenticity. We have to save all those documents for our records, therefore we did not throw them away. He never asked us to see any paperwork. He has made every excuse to get his money back when he knew that we do not allow that.
