I would please like to have this person send copies of any correspondence to the Revdex.com and then to our company because we show no records in Spam or otherwise that this person tried to contact our company regarding this issue in any form, e-mail or phone calls because we show no record of calls either or messages left for us by them. I have shown proof with time stamp that we send a message to this customer about their watch and what was being done for them to accommodate helping them find a watch band. Please request copies of the messages sent to us by them for our records since we show nothing coming in from this person.
We sent the customer an e-mail on 6/11/14 letting the customer know that we received the watch and had it taken to Memorial Watch Repair to see if they could find the band or links for their watch. I also mentioned that it may take them a week or two to find one for them because they are very busy...
company finding parts for many watches world wide and it may take some time. I am shipping back the watch to them as per their request untouched or changed in any way, shape or form just as it arrived to us. The tracking number is # [redacted] and is shipping USPS First Class Mail.
