I put insurance on my watch band when I mailed it back to watchbands.com. This is per the instructions on the website for returning items. Since I have not received a refund yet and thinking my band was lost, I filed a claim with the [redacted]. My claimed was denied because [redacted] has confirmation that my...
watchband was received by watchbands.com. Therefore, watchbands.com has either lost my watch band or has it and is refusing to refund me. Either way, they are at fault! It's been 13 days since I filed this complaint through the [redacted] and still no word from watchbands.com. This is the poorest customer service I have ever experienced.

He explained to me that this is a very small company and he is the Customer Service Representative and he was out on bereavement leave. Please remove this complaint.
