This is [redacted] (owner) with Watchdog security , As Mr. [redacted] didn't mention in his email that he was my existing customer before this whole alarm thing happened and was happy with our service and the work we have done in the past for him. We installed Cameras system at his house few months...

ago that's when he mentioned that he wants to switch over his alarm services to us after his contract is over with previous company. Since he already had alarm equipment at his house and we didn't have to change the sensors I offered him free lock when he does switch over to us . He calls me at end of October to ask if I can install his new alarm soon and ask me if I can install his door bell for him as courtesy since we already be doing his alarm for him. I told him yes we can . I told him 1st I have to get him approved for alarm service and have to do soft credit check. I needed his address and date of birth . I never asked him for his Social security. Then he told me the he wanted me to do the install after 5pm since that's convenient for him . At time I told him that it's going to hard after 5pm since our working hours are from 9am to 5pm. And I told him I am leaving the country on 11/7/15 and pretty booked that week since I was trying finish all the jobs before I leave. On 11/2/15 I was working in Milwaukee area and told him If I get done with that job before 5pm I will do the install for him that day but I never promised him. He did call me around 4pm that day then told him that I was not going to make it since I was not finished . After I told him same thing again that it's hard to come after 5pm since the install take 3 hours to do it and he is hour away from my shop but I will try if I can but never promised. As I left the country he starts emailing about the service and I told him it has to wait till I get back or he can go with different company if can't wait.    We have being doing security work for 3 or more years now. Like any other alarm company we go thru all training to how to protect customer personal information. We have hundred of customers personal information. We do not sell any personal information of any of our customer. And we never ran a credit check on Mr. [redacted] since I was not ready to install . And I checked my msgs and voicemail I do not have his birthday on file. I am sorry about all this misunderstanding but we do a lot of service work I know it's not easy to keep every customer happy but we try our best. And I told Mr. [redacted] that I will talk to him when I get back since I was out of country for family emergency and didn't want to deal with business at time but he didn't want to wait.
