nothing more than that. As the case was cleaned the [redacted] lost its color. When the customer came by to pick it up, his reaction was not civilized, and every time he contacted me to know the status of his watch since I was trying to replace the [redacted], he kept on yelling and using unnecessary language and being offensive.
