[redacted] the person I delt with was very courteous and friendly until it turned out that the watch my father left me when he passed away wasn't a genuine RolexWhen it was returned to me it was no longer keeping time correctly which it had done for over years, I texted [redacted] about it and his exact words were ( I did not check it for timing considering it was not authentic you can take it to a local watch maker and maybe they can help with the timing) if I was considering purchasing a three to five thousand dollar watch I would most certainly check it for timingI sent [redacted] another text apologizing that it turned out not to be a real Rolex again ***'s words (a Fake and they had paid shipping both ways under pretense) from the beginning I told him how much the watch meant to me and the only reason I was thinking of selling it were just as important (I don't want to include them here) he went on to explain that he could have destroyed my watch or reported me to the Rolex Company for possession of Non-Authentic merchandise and he wasn't sure what more I was asking they do for me considering what they had already doneWhen I could no longer get a response from [redacted] I sent a text to his boss [redacted] who was just as pleasant as [redacted] before they received the watch***'s reply was part history of the Watchuwant company some of his history and what seemed to be hints that I knowingly sent them a fake Rolex trying to get them to buy it [redacted] veiled his better than [redacted] but they were still there if that's what they were, I can't say with absolute certainty they were accusations but I can say they certainly feel like accusations [redacted] went on to say they charged [redacted] for the shipping costs because I was supposed to have paid for the shipping and that I should be very happy it lasted so long and it was a minor miracle and how it was probably made from very cheap partsI had to send [redacted] a few close up pictures and video of my watch before he could say if he was interested because you can usually tell if it's genuine from looking at it I believe is what he said when asking for the pictures and I sent extremely good pictures so I'm thinking that even for a fake it's not as cheap as [redacted] would have liked me to believeso my review is be sure your watch is the real thing because if it's not expect to be made to feel like a liar and a thief especially if after more than years of running perfectly it should stop working on it's return trip and you should dare to have expected it to be returned in the same condition as you sent it
