I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowAt this time my watch is at [redacted] ) being repaired you can speak with the repairman thereHe [redacted] ) glued my watch closed and everything, he dismantled my watch and scratched up the face and it has to be replacedEverything that Mr [redacted] said is false, probably excluding that he has a defibrillator, which is not my issue nor pertinent to my complaint at allHis shop is in the back of an [redacted] e Agency and they heard the whole exchange from the time that I walked in from the first day and when I picked up my watch days laterThey said that they would be willing to speak to my lawyer if necessary in regards to what they heardThe number for [redacted] e there is [redacted] , the lady I spoke with directly was either Cindy or DonnaMr [redacted] is not going to tell the truth, he stood in my face and stated that if I took him to court that it would be his word against mine so he did not careThat's fine and all, but the watch repairman definitely will be able to give a professional account as to what he saw and how it could have been done, all the way down to the adhesive that was used to glue the watch shut,etcMr [redacted] is a lair, and I told him that to his face because he accused me of bringing him a broke watch...etc Why would I take him $watch broke and accuse him, if that is the case I would have taken it someone else from the beginning! He came in belligerent and swearingI put the battery in his watch, and the gentleman had told me that he had a problem with it already, he had a hard time turning itHe got real nasty and swearing; I have a defibrillator in my chest so I just left and cooled off and came backThe cops had come
and gone, not an emergency matter, they saidThe point is after I put battery in it and showed him it was working he didn't want to pay me the moneyThe crown fell off but it was already broken before I put the battery inI have never ever had a complaint before. I am done dealing with him and not fixing something I didn't break, he didn't pay for the battery and that is theft of services
