I ordered from them through a facebook ad in Sept When I hadn't received the items in Dec, I sent an emailDec 5, I got this response: Dear Customer, Thanks for the email, As per the current status from our current supplier of your item from hongkong the item has already reached to the US port however, due to Christmas pressure its getting delayed from the authority part What I recommend you is to let us ship a brand new fresh piece of your order again from our hongkong warehouse as customers have reported to receive their orders way faster like this, insted of waiting for custom cleareance So, if you like I would generate a fresh order request so that it could reach you before Christmas without further delay Please let us know if you want me to proceed with your fresh order using express shipping without additional charges from your side Thanks, Sam, Customer Support, Watchyz.com Now it's 4/5/and I have sent at least emails asking for status with no replyToday I just sent one asking for my money backI doubt I'll hear anything

In November I ordered a product from this company as a Christmas gift I did not receive the item in time for the holiday, and emailed the company I was directed to the shipping policy On February 11, 2017, I emailed the company and requested a refund It was offered to me to have the item shipped again directly from Hong Kong using express shipping On February 13, 2017, I emailed the company and refused their offer, requesting a refund On February 14, 2017, I received an email from the company telling me that they had initiated my refund request, and I could expect the refund within forty-eight (48) working hours I sent them an email on March 10, 2017, letting them know I had not yet received the refund I sent another email this morning (March 21, 2017), letting them know I still haven't received the refund I have not heard from the company since their email of February 14,

On December 1, I purchased a watch from Watchyz.com on line and paid with a debt card $but still haven't received the item On January 28th I email a request to cancel the order and refund my moneyThey have a 100% no questions asked money back guarantee I received an email back on January 30, stating that the item has been received in the US and is waiting for customs to approve it Today is March 10th, three months after the purchase and I still haven't received the item nor has my money been refunded My grandson's birthday has long past and I no longer need or want this itemI did email them again yesterday March 9th requesting my money again but haven't heard back from them yet
